Pricing
Daybook's pricing is outcome-based, which for Daybook means usage-based. You pay for the work Daybook actually does for you.
How pricing works
Many vendors charge an implementation fee and a subscription that runs whether or not the setup is ever used. Daybook does not. It is value-first and charges for the work it does.
There are no subscriptions and no seats. Daybook meters its work in four units:
- per payer enrollment
- per claim status check
- per remit matched
- per claim adjudicated
A claim Daybook did not process is never billed.
Daybook does not run a billing company and will not compete with the RCM companies it works with. Your clients stay yours.
White-glove onboarding is included. Every client gets a dedicated forward-deployed engineer, whose job is to make that onboarding as smooth as possible.
We do not publish a rate card. We set the terms with each firm on a call about its volume, its payers and the work it wants Daybook to take on.
Buying is simple: an order form that states the price and the scope, then an invoice. A customer agreement and a Business Associate Agreement are signed before any protected health information is processed.
